From the early 1900's to the present, the corner of Lincoln St. and Atlantic St. has constantly hosted a thriving center of local businesses. The first picture is of Tullahoma's first drug store and was taken before the great town fire in 1897 that destroyed most of the downtown area and resulted in a law being passed banning the construction of wooden structures in the downtown district. Before that, the building was a saloon occupied by Freeman Burrow. In the second photo the popular corner housed "Traders Bank"; which has since moved to a more modern building on the corner of Jackson St. across from present day City Hall. The third & most current picture represents the building upscale to a sleeker, higher-tech center and home to The Lincoln Street Business Center, a small business incubator service.
